David has a broad background in the intellectual property field with experiences that include working as an attorney in corporate and private practice environments, and as a patent examiner in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

David has extensive experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a wide variety of technologies including ultraviolet light sources, semiconductor devices, semiconductor fabrication, semiconductor equipment, power generation including steam turbines, gas turbines, generators, motors, controls, remote-monitoring and diagnostics, information technology, e-commerce, medical imaging, medical equipment, transportation equipment, and consumer products.  His experience further includes handling other phases of intellectual property such as opinions, agreements, portfolio management, and aspects of trademarks and copyrights.

David received his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Union College. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts, and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
